Permissions for Tu Shanshu

Penny is a psychic.

Per his app:

As a general discipline, Penny is a psychic and is able to read minds. Most magicians have wards up to protect their minds and Penny generally tries to avoid reading minds anyway. In Tu Shanshu, he'll only be able to read minds when he actively tries (at which point obviously player permission is needed), not to get stray surface thoughts from characters (unless requested).

It’s possible for another psychic to reach out to Penny and he will hear their voice in his head. He hates it and will self-medicate to prevent it, but it does work.

Please comment here if:
(1) your character is also a psychic and you want to play with that
(2) your character should be immune (or you would like them to be)
(3) your character is highly susceptible (or you would like them to be)
(4) you have a plot idea involving Penny's psychicness

1) Valdis isn't psychic, but she can speak directly into people's minds while in hound form and pick up on their surface thoughts, but she can't dig into thoughts or memories in this manner.

2/3) Valdis isn't immune, or more susceptible than others, but unless Penny wants to have a conversation with a seven headed serpent, he might not want to try.

4) That said, it still might be fun. For us anyway.

hahahaha. Most of his picking up on thoughts is accidental, because he's talented but doesn't really like to go digging, so it could def happen that he comments on a thought she has and they get into it c:

The Void wouldn't say anything unless there was an intrusion, but Valdis would definitely not be happy if he mentioned he could read minds.
