Permissions for Tu Shanshu

Penny is a psychic.

Per his app:

As a general discipline, Penny is a psychic and is able to read minds. Most magicians have wards up to protect their minds and Penny generally tries to avoid reading minds anyway. In Tu Shanshu, he'll only be able to read minds when he actively tries (at which point obviously player permission is needed), not to get stray surface thoughts from characters (unless requested).

It’s possible for another psychic to reach out to Penny and he will hear their voice in his head. He hates it and will self-medicate to prevent it, but it does work.

Please comment here if:
(1) your character is also a psychic and you want to play with that
(2) your character should be immune (or you would like them to be)
(3) your character is highly susceptible (or you would like them to be)
(4) you have a plot idea involving Penny's psychicness

Penny's ability to hear thoughts has no relation to touch at all, so I'm cool to assume he just won't be able to get anything. Would you prefer a silence or a wall, in the sense of like.. mysterious lack of thoughts or clearly some deliberate obstruction? If it becomes relevant, which it might not. c:

I'm going to go with it's a deliberate obstruction. If Penny ever gets into Bucky's brain, it's like an endless labyrinth, with dead ends and blind corners, and even some ways that are not what they seem. So... yeah, it'd be interesting.
