Will: Uhhh.. He's a Magician (which means he can use magic), a Psychic (which is his specialty/branch), and a Traveler (a super rare gift that allows astral projection, teleportation, and traveling between worlds). As a Magician, he canonically has done a bit of everything, including turning into an animal, mind controlling bugs, putting nails in a board, casting battle magic, growing a plant, (accidentally) summoning a creature from another world, and other more basic things. Does that help at all?

Hmmmm... I don't think he could feel the Light or anything. Possibly sense that he might not be human, because of the way he thinks, but that would be the extent of it. And only if Penny was really looking.
